Natural journaling began in astonishment at plants—their forms, their functions, and the quiet intelligence behind every detail. The more closely I looked, the more each plant seemed like a genius design, every structure shaped for a purpose. But what amazes me just as much is that plants do not accomplish life alone. They are constantly in a relationship with the world around them. A flower provides nectar for a bee, and the bee, simply following its own hunger, carries pollen from bloom to bloom. Without planning it, without even knowing it, the bee helps the plant continue its life. This quiet partnership feels full of wonder: one life offering, another receiving, and both sustained in the process.
Natural journaling became a way to record these moments of discovery.
